Jonathan was the tech who came to my house. He was so knowledgeable and super nice/friendly. He explained to me the process and what he was going to look for. He then did a walk around, put down the treatment (we have a new home and are dealing with some pesky ants). He then walked me through what he saw, gave advice, and told me where he had put the treatments and what to expect. More than happy so far with the results and very happy with the customer service.

I gave Ultra Safe five stars because of my interactions with two employees. Nick who inspected the site was knowledgeable, and prompt in writing a recommendation on steps I should take to get rid of rats. Justin who was my phone contact was very quick in getting back to me. Both were courteous and very kind in answering all my questions. An A+ for service.

They responded immediately to my call. We had to wait 5 days before they could send someone out but it was the holiday season. We were almost positive that the rodents were not in the house., but called because we had had a dead rat in our yard. They checked everything and saw nothing in the house. They pointed out a few possible places on the foundation that could be shored up. I was disappointed that making those repairs was not part of their service. But I had not asked when I called. They offered a program of setting up bait outside and checking it on a monthly routine. We decided we could do that ourselves. I will say that the tech that came out was very nice and never pressured us to buy any long term program. It was basically 30 min. check through but the $150.00 was worth the peace of mind.

We just moved into a new house which had a wasp problem. Dave from Ultra gave me a call back within the hour. He was very helpful in scheduling a tech to come out and solve the issue. The tech was also very helpful in explaining why the problem happened, and also pointed out other issues which may come up in the future. Would definitely recommend and will use them in the future if need be,

Pete DeChellis, the technician, and his assistant were professional, knowledgeable, and both had a wonderful demeanor. They give us suggestions and tips as to how we could prevent further problems. Had an invasion by one or two squirrels who had taken permanent residence in the attic and wreaked unimaginable havoc. Technicians are skilled - but squirrels won the first round by finding alternate entry points. Technicians came back several times monitoring and sealing additional entry points, and eventually squirrels got evicted and lockout.

Treated for mice and carpenter ants. Ants were gone within days and hoping that after follow-ups, mice will be as well. Technician was great.

Had Ultrasafe come to my house. There was a groundhog under my shed. Joe did a great job. He put a vinyl coated metal mesh all around the shed. Joe is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for any pest problems you may have.
