"Hello [Member Name Removed], I am sorry for any miscommunication or misunderstanding as to the process and cost of service. The trap fee for 1 animal only was $295, you had a family which needed to be removed and the total trap fee for a family is $545. We left several messages once the trap service had ended to collect the balance due for the trap portion of the service and to discuss the cost of closeout. There was a 6 month lapse from the time we started the job and the date you reached us to pay the balance due on the trap portion of your service. I had left several messages and sent an invoice monthly from July 2017 to January 2018 with no response. I could not provide a closeout service without payment of the balance due and a conversation with you in regards to the closeout, payment and scheduling. We make every effort to provide the best service possible, we understand time gets away from us and we sometimes simply do not get around to responding to messages as individuals. We did not hear back from you until you felt there were animals entering in the same area and at that time too much time had lapsed and additionally our original service was for a completely different animal to consider the issue a part of the original service for which we still had a balance due. When you received the new quote, if you had a question regarding the pricing; we would have been happy to have discussed and reviewed the new quote to see if we could apply any discount. I am sorry if a discount was originally offered and then not included, I am sure this was an oversight on our end. Once again several months have passed and we never heard back from you once we sent over the new quote. I have searched my data base for your address as well as a search with your name and I cannot find any record of you having contacted Freedom Pest Control or that we had inspected your home for any pest control issue. "I am sorry there seems to be have been a miscommunication regarding the service schedule. Ticks are treated 3 times a year, the first treatment is in May-June. The second is sometime in July or August and the final round is completed in late September to October. There is no set schedule and we move the appointments dependent on weather and location. If a customer is having a continued issue with ticks after services have been completed; we would expect a telephone call to report a problem and I would have been happy to provide additional treatment as needed. I am sorry your experience was not stellar and am happy to work towards a solution to rectify any issues.."

We were having a serious problem with wasps in the back of the house. We have a deck in the back and whenever we sat out there we were swarmed by wasps. They had built nests under the gutter guards. When the technician arrived, on time, I told him where I thought the nests were. He got a ladder and thoroughly checked out both the back and the front of the house. Then he told me what he was going to do and suggested I close doors and windows for awhile. When he was done, he told me to give it a week or two to let the application reach all the wasps as they come and go from the nest. The technician was professional and informative.
Later on, in October, there were more wasps but this time in the front under the gutter guard. Since we got the yearly service, there is no additional cost if there is another problem. I called again and told them the problem. I was working a lot then but the woman I spoke with was very helpful in finding a way to get the job done even with my busy schedule. We will most definitely use them again.
