Fiduciary Property Services started 7 years ago while I still worked for another company. I have over 30 years experience in construction, renovation and repair on residential homes. I have worked writing literally thousands of highly detailed estimates for repairing various types of damage to homes and buildings. I bring extensive experience in materials and building methods to your project or repair needs and am highly skilled to perform the work. I specialize in rot repair, door and window replacement, finish work, older and antique home repairs. I've worked closely with fiduciaries responsible for the estates of clients in the disposition of the homes maintenance, repair and renovation needs. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
