We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. Whatâ s even more impressive is willingness to follow-up and respond to concerns or questions. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. Most contractors seem to avoid any extraneous activity or conversation, but Bob is extremely customer focused. I am excited to work with this team again for our next project!"

"I would highly recommend this company! I have an older home and they repaired all of my original double hung windows. Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! They were extremely reliable, and showed up for all work as scheduled.They did beautiful work. It is such a pleasure to be able to open all my windows!. The business is very well run, very professional. From the lovely woman in the office to the gentlemen that came to work at the house, they were all terrific. I can't say enough about this company and the quality of their work. I feel the pricing was fair for the job and workmanship."

"The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

"Bob inspected the window frames and provided a few solutions I hadn’t considered. Same for interior doors no longer hanging properly. Although I typically prefer paying by the job instead of by the hour, Bob was quite focused on his work and use of time. I will be asking him to return in the spring to complete a few additional repairs and install a storm door."

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves.
