We had a standard exterior door replaced including widening of jam. Bob and partner completed the job in no more than three hours. We had a minor adjustment required due to recent heat and door expansion for which Bob happily stopped by to fix in short order. After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

Although I typically prefer paying by the job instead of by the hour, Bob was quite focused on his work and use of time. I will be asking him to return in the spring to complete a few additional repairs and install a storm door."
