After being told by other contractors that my windows could not be repaired and that parts could not be found to repair them, I was very grateful to find someone who could fix them! April, in the office, initially allowed me to provide pictures and measurements in order to guide the determination of the appropriate size, thus eliminating the delay of waiting for someone to come out to measure. It was quickly determined that the size was a standard one and the panes were ordered that same day. The installers came out within the same week to install. They were professional and courteous ... and did an excellent job. They even cleaned the doors (both the two panes they repaired and the two they didn't) so that the entire glass wall looks absolutely clear."

Although I typically prefer paying by the job instead of by the hour, Bob was quite focused on his work and use of time. "We had used John and Mark for both our bathroom remodeling previously and once we called John, he was very responsive and reasonable with the quote and dates. They changed 15 regular, one basement and one bay window in our home in 13 days. Once they started they realized that there was double siding in our home but that didnt slow them down. The work was done on time and on budget. Mark and Jaron did most of the work and John supervised and helped out on the portions where a third hand was needed. They respected our request to not wear shoes inside the home and used dropcloths. They touched up the paint in all rooms and even helped install the window treatments."
