L-W Construction showed up on time, snapped some photos to show and explain the damage roof and skylight to me. Made it easy to understand why the roof was leaking and the proper way to correct the problem. He gave me the total cost with all materials and clean up, which seemed good to me so I excepted it.

Wilmer and his employees are the nicest guys you would ever want in your home. I have had Wilmer numerous time for many projects. He is extremely reliable and hard worker. Every project we have had done we were beyond satisficed. Prices are very reasonable. He has put a fence up, Gazebo, built by porch stairs and railings. He has also done work inside my home. He install a closet door and many odd jobs. Their clean up is like no other. Nothing is every left behind. Well worth the hire. Great Guys

We used LW for a roof layover (architectural shingles) . They did a great job - and were reliable, quick, and very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks guys!

Power washed deck to hard and too close and destroyed all the boards. Replaced light over kitchen sink and left gaping hole. Never returned to fix it.

We hired L-W Construction to install a fence in our yard. They contacted me the same day I requested the quote and were out the next day to inspect and provide a quote. Their price was very reasonable and they started work just three days later! They initially estimated the job to take around 4 days and they were able to complete it within 2.5. They were very timely, fair, professional and did quality work. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
