"Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job! We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! Very little needs to be done on the part of our clients to achieve a healthy landscape. We coordinate with the town, take all necessary measurements and arrange for a licensed plumber to complete the hookup with your plumbing system. Our state of the art equipment allows us to be efficient and available at all times. It also allows us to spend more time getting to know the needs of each particular lawn and customize the system accordingly.

Then had Alex come back to fix the leaks in his piping, I went back inside, and 10min later he knocked on the door saying the irrigation wasn't working, and he had opened the correctly wired box and had all of the wires sticking out. I had to call the guy who wired it correctly back in to finish the job. Total mess."

"Buyer Beware! We have used Rudy Juarez at RM Affordable Landscaping in Waltham for a few years and had been satisfied. This Spring one of his employees mistakenly caused irreparable damage to one of the air conditioning units outside requiring us to purchase a new replacement. Rudy recognized his responsibility and was communicative until we reached out to him to work out an equitable solution for us to get paid back for our out of pocket costs (over $2,000). We offered different options to minimize his financial impact-including having him work off the value of what we paid. Despite our outreach, several times over 6 weeks, Rudy went dark without any response to our various texts and calls. We reached out to him again on my wife's phone which he promptly picked up as he did not recognize the number. We scheduled a day for him to come by and discuss and, while he texted us before he came, he did not get out of his car and left after 5 minutes( leaving within the timeframe he said he would be arriving). We asked him to please come back which was about 3 minutes later and he would not. Rudy continues not to respond to any of our outreach. We think that consumers should be aware of this lack of response/accountability and consider whether to hire his company given the risk of not getting reimbursed for any possible damage done to their property."
