We have been satisfied with the service after two applications. However, it's more expensive than Tru Green ($76/applic. vs $46/applic.). We quit Tru Green because the service was undependable for most of last season.

I am still seeing weeds but I am not blaming them as I called them late in the season. Their price is fair and they provide better service than Trugreen. They are local not national and their sales rep is a really nice guy. I think I will us them again next year

Quick estimate that was not the lowest, but they explained what they were going to do as well as what other services might be needed and I felt they were the best value. My lawn continues to look better and I believe it has a lot to do with the work they have done.

We have just recently started but so far they have been punctual and professional, as well as let us know what additional services we might need to upgrade the look of our lawn. Most importantly the lawn looks better than it has in years.

Reasonably well. It takes at least two consistent seasons to really determine the effects, so we will know more after. Ext summer. Good customer communications.

Turf Logic is fantastic! I requested a quote online and they had someone there to measure my property within 3 hours. They provided me with a quote and came back within 3 days to spray my yard. We were relieved since we had been seeing many ticks walking around on our puppy and both my fiance and I had to each remove a deer tick off ourselves. Yuck! After Turf Logic came out, we haven't seen any ticks on us or our puppy--and we all spend a lot of time outdoors. I am beyond pleased with their service and intend to have them back the 3 additional times throughout the season to spray the perimeter of our yard to keeps ticks out. Their customer service is also second to none. Thanks, Turf Logic. We appreciate you!

So far, so good. I didn't need to be here when the service tech arrived, but I met him anyway. He was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Had I shopped around some I may have found a better deal elsewhere, but I have no reason as yet to shop elsewhere.

First, Turf-Logic is the fourth such service I've used. They are the best of the bunch. If you have a problem lawn, give them a try.
All of the companies of this type are doing basically the same thing. It's what you would do if you followed the instructions on a bag of fertilizer at Home Depot. You apply 4 or 5 times each time using a slightly different formula for the time of year. Conventional wisdom around here is also to do a grub treatment once a year and lime at the start of the season. (This is what I call and quot;the standard gameplanand quot;) What a DIY lacks is expertise on how best to treat problem lawns like mine. So what I want from these companies is for them to actually pay attention to my lawn, how it reacts to the treatments, and work to make it better. The three previous companies (my landscaper who cuts grass and cleans up yard, Scott's Lawn Care and one other turf maintenance company) basically worked hard to get me to sign up for the service then just followed the standard game plan. They didn't evaluate my lawn. They didn't actually stop by to see what effect the treatment had made to suggest followup or changes to the plan. They just showed up at the next scheduled time and applied the next stage. And they sent their bills in a timely manner.
Turf-Logic did a decent job in the initial evaluation. I was able to speak to the technician who came to apply the treatments to get his take on the state of the lawn and explain what my lawn needed. He made some adjustments to that day's treatment as a result. In mid July they did another treatment but also updated the soil testing and confirmed I would need additional lime treatments. This is what I base my Professionalism rating on and no one else would get an and quot;Aand quot;. I'm hoping they continue the same or greater level of attention.
It takes probably a season and a half to see if a corrective program is getting anywhere so I'll be patient. But it's a solvable problem so I think it's reasonable ot expect results and not the and quot;Oh welland quot; I got from the previous firms.
I also want to add that Turf-Logic has been VERY good about scheduling and notifications. I have two dogs who have the run of half my yard. I need TL to work with me to come when I've arranged for the dogs to be elsewhere. They have been very good about this.
