He was attentive to our ideas, and offered his own ideas which we found very helpful. Him and his team were professional, walked me through the process, keeping me in loop every step of the way and really did his best to fulfill our needs and more! He was tentative in answering our questions and acted quickly when we had concerns. His team showed up when promised, worked hard and completed projects in a timely and professional manner. "Worst experience working with a contractor we have ever had. Lack of communication was astounding. Reached out to start the project on our tiny front lawn in June/July. Didn't start planting until mid October. Was told there were 5 jobs in front of ours. Ignored photos of exactly what we wanted. Finish product is passable at best. Would not recommend."

"Very responsive, arrived day after phone call to review the job and discuss scope of work. We had to repair a large area in our cobblestone off-street parking space after a tree had been removed and the stump ground. Did a beautiful job re-laying cobblestones, and cleaning up perimeter areas and boundaries with flower beds. Crew of 3 worked hard for a day and a half. Very flexible as our ideas about certain details of the job developed as the work went on."

"You can't get better than Wally in terms of quality, professionalism, and consistency. He removed all the sand in our yard, filled it with loam, spread seed, and built a brand new stone patio. He took the time to explain everything to us and ways to improve the project, but NOT for the cost. He helped us save money every step of the way. For example, he showed us where water was pooling and how it needed to be diverted away from the patio, which he did for no extra cost! He showed up every day, all day, until the tasks were done and beyond perfect. You can’t believe the time, effort, and care he puts into these projects. He genuinely cared that we were happy and cares about his reputation. This care is evident in the quality of his completed projects. He’s also just super nice and a pleasure to work with!"

The owner Denise was concerned with possible water in my garage and developed the perfect plan to avoid that issue. 7 inches of rain the other day and no water in my garage! "E.A. Masonry has come through for us time and time again. They are friendly, their prices are reasonable, and their amazing work speaks for itself. We purchased a home with badly crumbling stone steps and a disaster of a backyard, and EA transformed the area. They replaced the front steps with gorgeous stone stairs with slate treads. They removed the cracked brick walkway and dangerous stone wall in our backyard, then brought in dirt to level and hydroseed the yard. They also installed a large stone patio where the warped deck was. Now our yard is flat, lush and safe for our kids to play in. Most recently, they came back to save the day after a terrible contractor put in some wooden steps leading from our back door to the new patio. That guy dripped cement all over the new patio and the landing he poured for the stairs was a mess. EA cleaned and repaired everything and the patio looks good as new again. I couldn't speak higher of these guys! They are the best!"

Jose was attentive to our wishes and made some insightful suggestions that we absolutely agreed with. His team came the very next day to remove the grass that had died during our exterior remodel. They thoroughly prepared the yard and took care not to disturb our existing plants. They approached the work thoughtfully and carefully. They then came back and did a masterful job of installing sod, cobblestone edging, and gravel installation into our planter beds. The yard looks amazing and we were thrilled with their work.
