Innovative Contracting Services IncIt went extremely well. The work didn't start on time but because our end got screwed up by lockdown stuff. They were understanding and worked with us. Once the work started it went fast. The whole team from the guys pulling boards off the house to the people in the office were friendly and communicative. We didn't have a lot of mid-project changes or challenges, but what we did was worked through and everything came out to our satisfaction. The house has received many compliments. AW Puma Construction & Remodeling LLCI had them build a small sunroom on back of house. We had an old deck falling apart on the back of the house. We decided to have it removed and then build a small three season space that we could enjoy for the colder months. The bathroom needed some TLC and was potentially even original or semi-original. Dimitri’s Painting & MasonryWe have hired Dimitri and his crew for the past five plus years. They painted the exterior of our home, did some interior painting, drywall work in the basement and built a beautiful patio in our back yard. The most recent job was to remove an old fence in our back yard and install a new one. Their work is excellent and the crew is skilled, hard working, meticulous about cleaning up the work site, respectful with clients and fun to work with. We would never hire anyone else for home jobs - they can do just about anything! Dimitri is the most ethical, honest contractor we have ever encountered and his prices are more than fair. Five stars is not a high enough rating for Dimitri and his crew - ten stars is better! Needless to say we recommend them highly!!!- Piney K.

We hired Cassio and his crew to paint the interior of our condo and were very satisfied with his work. Cassio was professional from the moment we met him and that professionalism continued through completion of the project. We appreciated his flexibility while working around the holidays and in finishing the work in a timely manner as we were eager to move into our new home. His attention to detail showed in the final product, and although it ended up costing more than anticipated, we could not be happier with the work he did. We have used Willie's painting on 3 separate projects now and will be using them for a 4th project coming up soon. The projects were 3 bedrooms, 1 with tall vaulted ceilings. They painted all the walls, doors, windows, trim and ceiling. We also used him to clean the exterior of the house and paint all the exterior doors and trim as well as to sand and stain the wood on the porch. Willie pays close attention to the details and does superb work. When we bought the house 2 years ago we used somebody else to paint most of the inside with what we thought was good work, but Willie's work was immaculate in comparison and his prices were slightly less for the quoting the same jobs. Willie himself is very friendly and professional, responds promptly to inquiries and get the work done on time. We know that we're going to be taken care of and have nothing to worry about with Willie and his team which is why we keep coming back.

Brian Kennedy and his crew are a pleasure to work with. We’ve hired them three times, twice on the interior and once on the exterior. We’d hire them again. My husband is a spendthrift perfectionist and I’m more of a slap-dash penny-pincher and somehow he’s managed to make us both happy. Brian and his crew are always efficient, responsive and professional. I find working with contractors in the home frustrating, you are fitting into their schedule and trying to co-exist with 2-3 strangers in and out of your home. However, Brian and his crew are always there when they say, finish when expected, clean-up at the end of the day, and considerate of your home and your family’s schedule. And Brian is not just top coat Irish charm, underneath he’s a solid guy. He’s has talked me out of projects that he thought were unnecessary, although he’d lose out on the business. He genuinely—and professionally—cares.

I can’t say enough about them, pleasant polite professional! They left their boots by the front door as to not track in and out, everything was carefully protected. They did a beautiful job our space looks so fresh and updated. We had a hard time nailing down a date initially, they were pretty busy when we contacted them for a time frame, but we didn’t have a specific date in mind and it didn’t matter to us when the project got started so to us it didn’t matter. They don’t have a giant crew which means you can trust in their work and not worry about subcontractors doing the actual work. They sent us large format paint samples from our top three choices which really helped narrow down the color and not have to rely on those tiny paint swatches from the hardware store. I’ve never hired anyone to paint before, but this job was just too much for me to tackle, they came in and got it done in one day. From the initial consult and quote, to the painting guys, we couldn’t be happier. Our quoted contract was clearly defined and the price remained the same, they even separated a secondary quote for some bathroom and ceiling work to be done at a later date. They delivered on their exact word. They even left us the leftover paint for down the road touch ups. We will most certainly be calling them again. One thing worth mentioning was our contract did say they would move necessary furniture to accommodate the painting but we decided to just move everything ourselves the night before so they could just get right to it. We’re able to move stuff around so we just got the spaces extra ready so they wouldn’t have to deal with shuffling furniture around when they got there.
