Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. "Genove is our oil carrier and they service our furnace. We smelled exhaust from our basement, called Genove's answering service early in the morning and someone arrived almost immediately. It turns out that it the exhaust was from a problem with our condo mate's furnace and the technician fixed the problem for her (and us) without delay. From start to finish, even during a snow storm with these crazy cold temperatures, everyone we worked with was polite, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Later in the day, coincidentally, we had a problem with *our* furnace that was unrelated to the situation earlier in the day (what are the odds?!). Genove sent someone back to the house and fixed the problem. This company has outstanding customer service and their billing is also convenient and hassle free.
