"Original: Things went well overall. Any bumps in the road were to be expected and were handled well. We were happy with the communication and the suggestions given throughout the project. Matt was responsive to our calls and text messages always. Some small things need to be finished. Probably has nothing to do with the contractor and I am sure it is expected but the only complaint we really have is the condition the yard was left in from day to day with trash and other materials. Inside there were spills and food left out. We were not living there so I am sure that was part of the reason. Overall we would recommend Green Valley Construction. We are very pleased with Green Valley Construction. This is a follow-up review because we wanted to be clear that the trash left around the work site was not a reflection of Matt's work ethic.
