This company is very reliable and did a great job with good prices.

I would not hire The Pros Inc. TPL AKA The Pros Landscape Management Inc., owner Salomon Lopez Perez (SLP), and I do not recommend them. TPL installed a new home lawn: removed grass and topsoil, replaced topsoil, and applied Hydroseed in 2023. Outcome is a failed lawn per SLP. I contacted TPL many times; they failed to perform. (removed company name) demanded payment of the project balance before the hydroseed was applied. By 8/21/23, I sent photographs of dead patches and dying grass. TPI said they will â fix the lawn; TPL was a no-show on 8/26/23. I emailed photos on 9/15/23 showing dead grass and continuing deterioration. TPL came to hand-sprinkle seed; no hydroseed; did not replace dirt. I sent more photos on 10/27/23. On 11/18/23 SLP says he will have a crew come next spring [2024] to rake, spread new soil, reseed, fertilize so we can help the lawn grow and thrive for the season. SLP never followed up. On 5/1/24 and 5/3/24, I called/emailed SLP and TPL, and SLP visited the lawn on 5/20/24, and called the lawn â a failed lawn. SLP arranged a soil test via a different landscaper; results on 7/21/2024 show the TPI soil provided has very low cation exchange capacity making it difficult for the soil to support growth of healthy turf. That company recommended the soil be replaced and re-seeded. A second sample analyzed by a university laboratory reported that the electrolytes in the TPL-provided soil contained undesirably high electrolytes (Mg, P, Al), out of range of desired levels to grow and sustain grass; 53.4% of the TPL dirt is gravel, not compatible with growing and sustaining a lawn. Naked eye can see pebbles. As of 8/6/2024, TPL-SLP failed to fix our failed lawn â or refund partial payment. TPL delays/ignores customers request to complete their work and keep their word to fix it. TPL will not answer or return a customer calls. The Pros Inc. urges customers to post only positive reviews, so prospective customers should beware reviews may not represent (removed company name)customers satisfaction with TPL. ð That is (The pros Inc. performance) i a fail to quote Top Gun Maverick.

We were happy with our experience and would use The Pros again in the future. We hired them to redo our entire yard, which included clearing debris, new loam, leveling, new grass, and mulching. It was a big job but the Pros had the equipment to do it. The team worked hard and clearly took pride in their work.

When my partner and I first saw our property in the winter of 2022 we immediately agreed that a back yard patio would be a perfect addition to this well-maintained home. We moved in during the summer 2022. In the spring of 2023 we were ready to begin the job and enquired with 3 contractors found through Angi's List. We got 2 estimates and after meeting Salo Lopez we finally settled on The Pros because of the price and quality of the materials they proposed to use, thermal bluestone. Salo estimated a fair price within our budget and was very professional. The Pros were excellent at communicating the start date for the job. When conditions and schedule changed they notified us. The job began and I had the pleasure of meeting the crew. The foreman, Hector, went over the job and work began. The Pros installed a 630 sq ft bluestone patio that required leveling by about 2 ft on the down side of the slope. They also installed a drain in front of my garage and patio and tied in the down spouts from the garage to an underground french drain. Hector was very good at addressing all my concerns and the job was completed. They did an outstanding job and even returned to adjust the drain and polymeric sand installation. The Pros are very good at communication and quelling anxiety with a large project like this. I highly recommend this professional and hard working company for landscaping projects and will use them in the future.

The name fits the work that they do...they are The Pros!! Excellent workers and excellent job ! We are now manicured and the best yard on the block. We cannot say enough good things about this company..HIRE THEM!

They pulled up a bunch of paving stones, made a new walkway in the back and front yards, graded the yard and put new grass down. Great work.

We contracted with the The PROS this summer to do a major yard renovation. The entire process was professional as their name implies. Salo came out quickly, assessed our yard and gave us a quote. Within a few weeks we were able to get started. His team was efficient, respectful, and diligent. They were able to wrap up a privacy fence, patio, and sod installation with a week and a half. All within budget!!! My family and I are grateful for The Pros and will be recommending them in the future.

They are the Best landscaping company. I asked them to design and build my dream landscaping and they did it exactly the way I wanted! I will recommend them to anyone!

We had a giant fence job to do with our quirky landscape and my weird asks. The Pros put in 100% and now I have a gorgeous fence. They were so attentive and went above and beyond for my project. They were able to quickly resolve unexpected snags (because of my weird yard) and both Salo and Peter were so incredibly nice and attentive. Pricing was comparable and unlike the other fence companies I went to, they were also able to landscape my weed and tree heavy yard. Would recommend 100%!!!

Salo and his crew were very responsive and accommodating with some slight change of plans from our side. As for pricing, Based on the other quotes we got from other contractors, they are very reasonably priced . They are very generous on materials, the gravel and river stones were plenty. The brick and wood stair to the walkout basement they repaired turn out to be very beautiful. Would highly recommend them once you have your landscape project planned and designed.

Salo and his team did a great job. Salo spent ample time preparing an estimate and was extremely accommodating with all change orders (several). They outbid the other competing bids and provided 30% more finished work than the competition would have at their bids, and hit budget. We were a bit nervous at first because of the size of the job (rip and replace (2) separate stone walls - 38 ft. and 90 ft., rip concrete patio and replace with blue stone). They excavated roughly 1100 sq. ft. of my backyard and removed 800 sq. ft. of concrete to make this project happen. Salo and his team were professional and always answered our questions and made the necessary changes requested. Some finish work (grass) needed attention a month after being fully paid, and Salo and the team came back and fixed everything. We have already referred them to others and will continue to use them ourselves!

It was really great working with Salo and his crew. Salo was very professional and spent ample time walking me through the entire project from the beginning to completion. Salo made sure that all my questions and needs were addressed. The crew was very professional and hard working. They often arrived at 730am and stayed past 5pm. They were very thorough and detail orientated. They re transformed my front property beautifully and am very happy with the results. Iâ ll definitely be calling Salo and team in the future for other landscape projects.

Salo and his team were wonderful. I had them give an estimate for a patio install last summer and they stayed on budget, the quality was great and they stayed on time and according to plan! Salo came back and inspected the work and checked to assure I was satisfied as well. Wonderful service from beginning to end. Have already referred them to others and will use them again!

My family and I decided to fence in three sides of our yard with white vinyl privacy fencing. And after pricing multiple companies in our area based on our needs, The Pros offered the best price and the best opportunity for completing this job in the window of time we had available. The team at The Pros was very timely in following up on our initial communication, and followed up quickly with the desired quotes for various options. This allowed us to make an informed decision in a reasonable amount of time. Once the job began, the team worked tirelessly over the course of three long days in the sun! The final result was a wonderfully constructed and beautiful fence! One area for feedback would be in the area of communication, specifically clarity of communication. If I were to do this project again, I would put down in writing specifically what it is I was looking for such that it could generate a more accurate and specific quote as well as final invoice for the team to work from(instead of just sharing it in person). This could help eliminate any bit of confusion about any and all parts of our project. While not a hindrance in anyway to the project, a bit more clarity in our communication just before the project began could have made it even better. Our happiness with this project is also evidenced by the fact that we have booked The Pros for two jobs since the completion of our fence! Well done!

The finished fence looks absolutely beautiful and we have gotten so many compliments from our neighbors! We were worried about putting in the fence because we had some difficult spots in our yard with tree roots and rocks but they were able to address all of those issues perfectly.
