"Joe responded quickly. He did the necessary repair at reasonable price and explained what went wrong. Another larger roofing company wanted to replace the whole roof. Joe is honest to tell us that the roof is in overall good condition. Only a section needs to be repaired due to the damage from a poor de-ice job years ago."

"The Willard Company was very efficient with scheduling a visit to come give an estimate, sending the estimate, and scheduling the work to be done. The team came and replaced the gutter around the third floor balcony in one day. The price was just a little over the estimate because they replaced old wood behind the gutter which was a very good thing. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them."

I actually got a price from leaf guide for $1500 an American Gutter did the whole job For only $95. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely call upon them for any further needs we have."

Each time we contacted him he responded promptly. He came back twice, bringing his associate Jay to re-measure and ensure that the order and installation would go smoothly. On the day of the installation Matt and Jay arrived promptly and immediately got to work. In watching, I could see how focused and diligent they were. They finished the job early.
