We used Senco to put on a new roof, gutters and replace exterior rot. From the beginning Chris and his team were great to work with- always answered my questions, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and left a great finished product. Highly recommend.

Took far to long to complete. Promised to show up but too often didn’t. Has not returned to complete/repair improperly installed work despite promising to do so repeatedly. Did not respond to last request to correct the work. If I hadn’t been home they would have installed the windows incorrectly ( not flashed correctly) I had to show them how. The two main carpenters are good but Demo and siding crew were messy and had to be stopped several times to redo the work correctly. Can’t recommend

It went well. The roof was completed in a very timely manner. They had to come back a couple of times for the gutters as stock was not delivered and the fridge temperatures. All in all an excellent job.

The project was done very quickly. I am impressed with the result and was happy that the head guy paid attention to detail and even handled material shipment issues, caused by covid, very well. It was even more impressive that he spoke to his workers in their native language.

I had a leak in my roof that was causing water damage in my ceiling. It was a tricky one to fix because of its location. I consulted 3 roofers total and Chris gave the most reasonable combined approach and price. They promptly fixed it in a single day (replacing a portion of my roof and rubber membrane to address the leak). I had a minor issue with the trim that I discovered after they finished (a metal piece was not square with the roof and jutted out over the plaster and was not anchored properly). I informed Chris and he happily fixed the issue. Overall, I am happy with Chris' work!
