"Ruben cleaned my dryer vent first and did such a great job, that I had him come back and clean the air ducks/vents. Both times he called ahead of time to let me know he was coming, he is very efficient, cleaned up when he was finished and did a great job. I would recommend him and will have him come back again."

"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."

"Our vinyl sided house needed a cleaning and there was moss an lichen growing on the roof. The siding looks bright and clean. The gutters, granite stairs and lattice work were also cleaned. The shed roof was a mess. The moss and lichen is dying and coming off the roof. We are very satisfied."

"I did not feel that he did a thorough job and the rate for the time spent was outrageous. He is very polite and professional but he does not explain what he is going to do and products used. Superficially it looks clean but I do not think the inside was done as it should be."

"Mario & Sergio..they did a good job cleaning our ducts (no A/C). There is a small problem which they will return to fix in a few weeks, otherwise very efficient and professional. Explained everything to us as they went along! Pleased with the job!"
