"Customer service was very friendly, and easy to talk to. They gave me a great price over the phone. The movers showed up on time to moved a piano. It was pouring rain when they got here. I was concerned until I saw them wrapping the piano with blankets, cardboard, and plastic stretch wrap. They were very professional and never tracked water or mud into the house.
