"Rutland took care of a yellow jacket nest in a timely fashion. Communication from Steve is excellent, and the exterminator came exactly in the time window provided. I would hire them again for pest control and am considering them for future lawn services also. Pricing was fair, and the technician was very knowledgable about the active and inactive ingredients that they used to treat the nest."

"We have been using this company every year (twice a year) for preventative pest service control. They have been very responsive and the technician they sent is top notch and helpful. No pest in the house, mouse control bait station filled, downstairs bugs eliminated. Very happy with their professionalism, service and products. Will continue using them."

"The guys at API are amazing! I have had them come out for mouse and rat issues in the City of New Bedford at 2 of my residential properties and the problems are both completely eradicated! Steve has gotten the problems down to close to no activity while dealing with 2 very difficult tenants. I will not be using any other pest control company for my business or personal needs."

"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"Jose from Armor pest control came to our home today to take care of the bees that were near our front door. He was very professional and friendly and took care of our problem right away. These bees were under our siding near, so we couldn’t get rid of them on our own. I would highly recommend Armor pest control and Jose."

"Tim has done chimney caps, pest control and so on at my house over the years. Better than his great work and fair pricing, Tim is the type of guy you want around your home and family. Priceless!"

"Arrived same day within 30 minutes of initial contact, extremely diligent, friendly, and helpful. Walked the entire property to assist me (home, garage, dock, etc.). Could not recommend more for pest needs."

"Immediate response to request from Bob, the owner of the company. The Job done within the week, in a professional manner. Would recommend for attic pest control issues and remediation! All of the employees were friendly and focused on doing a superb job. Would recommend the company!!!!"

"They came and analyzed the situation, returned and set up traps, etc. They both were very profession. established a great rapport, educated us about preventing rodent and did a great job. They kicked rodent butt out of the house, never to return."
