"They replaced an entry door as well as a storm door. There was an unexpected problem which Tim handled with ease and did an exceptional job. He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and then cleaned up everything when he was done. Emily and Alaska were very conscientious in keeping me updated on the progress of my project. He installed new roofing on two sections what were leaking, and repaired interior walls and ceilings that had been damaged by water--removing sheetrock, remediating mold, installing new sheetrock, taping, skim coating, and painting. Using his own judgment he repaired a few things that were not in the original agreement, but didn't charge me extra. He came in right on budget.
