This house is a very old one and posed repeated challenges. It required more work to correct bad framing and conditions that made finishing the room practical. Walls, floors and ceilings all required re-framing in order to get them flat, straight and square so that cabinetry and fixtures would fit well and correctly. We also encountered issues with the existing plumbing and wiring that needed to be addressed to be made code-compliant. We are sorry for the rude surprise in the additional cost.Service Provider Response
We are sorry that we could not accommodate you in a timely fashion. We've had great difficulty in keeping up with demand and our existing clients always come first. We continue to get great reviews on our workmanship and professionalism, but we do fall short at times in being able to turn estimates around more quickly.Service Provider Response
I am sorry for the delay, [Member Name Removed]. As I explained when we met, we are very busy right now and it takes me a while to turn estimates around. Since we met I did have an employee to let go and had to conduct interviews to fill the slot. Along with managing several current projects and the daily demands of the business it leaves little time to do all the work on the estimates I have on my desk. However, I am working on yours and will get it to you.Service Provider Response
Thanks, [member name removed]. It's always a pleasure and we will be checking to make sure you put that new deck to good use!Service Provider Response
Thank you for the kind words, [member name removed]. We always try hard to do work that is in the best interest of the client and view each engagement as the beginning of a long-term relationship in which we become your personal experts for all repair, remodeling and property management.Service Provider Response
Thank you, [member name removed]. We enjoyed the challenge of the project working in the awkward space to bring you a beautiful new shower and appreciated your willingness to let us make you our first install of a new tiling preparation method we've now made our standard.Service Provider Response
We always adopt the property owner's perspective and provide our best advice to help them make the right choice for their given situation. In this case, these Pella windows were still largely fine, but the botched installation caused problems we new we could correct for vastly less money than fully replacing all the windows. Given that the property is rented and owner-occupied, it seemed silly to throw thousands of additional dollars at the problem when we knew we could keep the costs much lower for the owner while still guaranteeing that the windows would perform as they should.Service Provider Response
It was our pleasure to beautify and repair your bathroom and we look forward to work together again in the future!Service Provider Response
Unfortunately, [member name removed] dissatisfaction is justified. We've been extraordinarily busy this year and preference has been given to existing clients and direct referrals. This has meant that a few potential clients have fallen through the cracks and we do apologize for that.Service Provider Response
We would have loved to build it for you, but our philosophy of operating in the owner's best interest required that we offer the less expensive alternative to meet his needs even if it meant business for someone other than us.Service Provider Response
We love you, [member name removed]! We're very happy to have been able to beautify your kitchen and perform the other repairs around the house. We hope the extra insulation in the attic has also helped with the ice dams!Service Provider Response
Thank you, [member name removed]. We hope the bathroom is serving you well and are ready when you need us to address that front porch and kitchen.Service Provider Response
It is always gratifying for us to see the product of our work when an underutilized, decrepit or simply ugly space is remade into something appealing and functional as with the basement bathroom.Service Provider Response

For over 20 years, our mission has been to provide the highest level of quality and service to our clients. You can expect a competent, courteous and skilled crew to complete your painting project. We are good listeners, so tell us what you need and let us do the rest. We are experienced, factory- trained, properly registered, certified by the EPA, fully insured and highly recommended. Our work is guaranteed and we never use subcontractors. Check us out, read our testimonials, then you know you made the right decision using Paint Perfect Inc. In 1987, Will (son) was a Freshman at Boston College. Coming up with tuition was a challenge! Mike McCarthy (dad), who had painted when he was at BC, suggested that they could paint some houses together to earn tuition money. The seed was planted, and from that humble beginning, a painting business started to take shape. Robert Gordon (trusted Foreman) was a high school student in 1987 looking for something to do and joined the crew that first summer. Ever since then, Robert (Bob) has been working together with the McCarthy family to build Paint Perfect into what it is today. As a business, Paint Perfect, Inc. had some important decisions to make. One of the biggest was our commitment to following the rules. That means we work 'on the table' and properly classify our staff as employees. Another important piece is the licensing. We are a licensed Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) in MA and CT, we are a RRP lead safe renovator (RRP) registered nationally with the EPA (covers CT) and also a Lead Safe Renovator in Massachusetts. These steps insure that both our clients and employees will benefit from a safe, professional experience. We have now been in business for well over 20 years and are proud of the service we offer.
