"Steve is very likable and very personable. Steve was willing to come to my house, To evaluate the job and give me a fair estimate. Without requiring a down payment. I called another plumber in the area with the estimate that Steve gave me and he wouldn't even call me back after. While Steve was working he suggested a few improvements that he thought that I might like, that have worked out much better and he still maintained the same price. Steve will certainly be my go to guy for all my plumbing needs."

"Your company is outstanding and we are extremely happy. Our technician Garett was prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable and explained things about our situation that we were totally unaware of. Potentially saving us time and money down the road. "We hired Cotti-Johnson to perform maintenance on ac using Angie's List coupon. Although the issues with ac couldn't be fixed via maintenance, they are working with us to make the work affordable. Robert E. Duclos and his associate spent time explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed in a way that was respectful and easy to understand. In the past we've been talked "down" to by people in this type of business and have been left not knowing if we were being "sold" more than we needed. Not true of C-J. Hope to work with them in the near future."
