We were luck to be contacted by Steve Ricci and he said, "I will be there by 3 PM", and he was 15 minutes early. I showed him the leak and he quickly determined what could be done, and what were the options. He then went to a plumbing supply house to get the parts and return. Steve returned and di the job in a bit over an hour. He explained what he did, and how to prevent it in the future. We were very pleased with entire experience and the cost was not exorbitate. Two thumbs up for Steve, and we would use him again."

To our relief, Mark was able to come out the very next day in the morning. Mark checked and tested numerous devices on the furnace. Robert E. Duclos and his associate spent time explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed in a way that was respectful and easy to understand. In the past we've been talked "down" to by people in this type of business and have been left not knowing if we were being "sold" more than we needed. Not true of C-J.
