"This is the 2nd time Bill and his crew have worked on our house.  It went perfectly.  here are some key highlights.
1. Bill is easy to contact and responsive via both phone and email
2. Fair price, I shopped a bit and talked to others who had work done similarly and his jobs are priced competitively.
3. Quality work.  The deck came out beautifully.  The decking is great and he was responsive to our concerns about how things should be done.   There was a problem with the deck not being square when originally built and he had some nice workarounds for this problem. For the exterior wall repair they did a nice job removing old clapboards/fascia boards,etc and fixing the root cause of the problem.  it looks as good as new!  Tested by a heavy rainstorm the next day and the original problem was gone!  No more risk of undue rot.
4. He has an assortment of funny employees that he draws upon, quite entertaining.
Bill and his team are a hard working group of individuals.  They do a quality job, clean up nicely after themselves.  Furthermore, he was able to get to us quickly and get the job done. 
As this is the 2nd time we've used Neary Construction, i can say with certainty that both experiences have been excellent.  Highly recommend.

I got Ryan's number from a friend, he answered right away and told me he'd be there in 40 minutes. 30 minutes later he showed up with a smile on his face and told me he would take it from there. Another 20 minutes went by and he showed me the plastic and glass that had been flushed and was blocking everything else. Price was very affordable. Problem was solved in under an hour!!
