"He came on time. He actually dropped the price because the room was smaller than expected. The rug was very old, very dirty. showing the spots and stains of 6 previous dogs and 3 cats. The rug isn't like new now, but very close. It smells better without having an artificial flowery smell that makes me sick. He moved the furniture efficiently, he left a free stain remover, and he was in and out in no time at all. I would definitely recommend him."

"Rico , the owner, was very professional, very polite. He showed up as scheduled and very accommodating. The couch and chair that he cleaned after being stored in a garage for 6 months was free of the moldy smell when he was done. I might hire him once a year to keep it that way! Iâ ve already made a second appointment, to clean my living room drapes. Yes, I recommend Greylock Chem-Dry!"

"When we purchased the Market Ready service from TNTS through Angie's List back in December 2014, I expected that our $89 would buy us a visit from someone who would simply walk through our home and point out things that, if improved, would make our home ready to be put on the market for sale. However, when Brandon and Leslie arrived, they exceeded every expectation we had! A Black-owned business, local to Milton (our hometown), a man with significant contracting experience, savvy, and extremely persuasive. By the time he left, we felt TNTS was our dream come true. Finally, someone who would get into the boat with us! TNTS would have as much interest in preparing our home for sale, selling it, and purchasing a new home for us as we did ourselves

We were impressed with his professionalism and would recommend you to others.

Our only disappointment was their inexperience working with large insurance claims. By February, our home was severely damage by ice dams. We were never able to enter into a contract to renovate our home and make it ready for sale.

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

How often you change your air filter depends on your home and lifestyle. Things like how many people are in your home, pets, the season, the size of your home, the air quality where you live, and more all impact your HVAC system. The best practice is using visual indicators to determine when it needs changing by checking if light can pass through it. If you can’t see any light, it’s clogged and needs to be changed.

Air filters with a high MERV rating, 11 or above, shouldn't cause airflow problems in most residential systems. However, the airflow can be restricted in some HVAC systems if they aren't designed for high MERV ratings. If in doubt, a local duct installer should inspect your ductwork so that you know what your system can handle.

Air purifiers are meant to kill airborne mold, along with pollen and dirt. Air purifiers are a good option if you have allergies and need a whole-home solution, whereas dehumidifiers are best for naturally damp areas (like a bathroom). Consider getting an indoor air quality test to determine if an air purifier is right for you.

While a whole-house air purification system is more expensive than a portable or room-sized air purifier, they have very different expectations to live up to. Room-level purifiers are available for well under $100, while whole-house units can cost up to several thousand. For individuals in the home with conditions that warrant the use of an air purifier, balancing needs against budget is necessary to determine if the extra cost of a whole-home system is worth it.

Yes, many professionals offer HEPA filter upgrades for improved indoor air quality and allergen reduction.
