They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They've saved me before cleaning out (another) puppy "accident" from my carpets right before my wedding and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help. "He came on time. He actually dropped the price because the room was smaller than expected. The rug was very old, very dirty. showing the spots and stains of 6 previous dogs and 3 cats. The rug isn't like new now, but very close. It smells better without having an artificial flowery smell that makes me sick. He moved the furniture efficiently, he left a free stain remover, and he was in and out in no time at all. I would definitely recommend him."
