Once he tested the system it was clear that the pump and tank needed to be replaced. He changed the pump that day (Monday) and said he would return at 9:30 on Wednesday to replace the tank. He arrived right on time, replaced the tank, gave me a complete explanation of what had been done and the warranties on the pump, tank, and labor. The only thing I might suggest is that he should discuss the estimated cost of the project prior to doing the work and give a more detailed breakdown on parts and labor.
