I choose them because they had an excellent proposal that was very through and complete. Also when talking with Andre he gave me confidence that his crew could do a professional job. Because they could not start for almost one month from the date I accepted their proposal, they very very flexible about the deposit. Once they began the job they were very professional. Their prep was painstaking because they put so much into it. They certainly didn't skimp with the preparation. Once they started painting their crew did a meticulous job working very hard. My house, porch and bulkhead look fantastic. Andre was often here to check on the progress of the job and answer any concerns or comments that I had. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
