I worked with Mark after a damaging leak in my family's beach house kitchen that occurred when we were not there. The entire kitchen had to be demolished and rebuilt. Mark is a true expert and consultant. He went through two model rounds with me as we changed course mid way through. Much of our work was done by email and over the phone and we didn't skip a beat. He is thoughtful, kind and interested in the client's needs first. The kitchen is beautiful, and we LOVE It. The cabinets arrived on time (during COVID) and we even came in a little under budget. Thank you so much Mark for making a project that we had not expected to do, a great experience for us.

Incredible crew from beginning to end- a challenging job in an antique Sea Captains house with lots of ceiling and floor angles as the house has settled over time. Workers always showed up with excellent knowledge , skill and workmanship and always with smiles on their faces . It was a complete kitchen remodel along with a 1st floor Master Bath addition and a new laundry room. Although I had a design vision of my own , the designer guided me with helpful suggestions when I had any second thoughts or questions. From the start of the project they were all professional, thoughtful and respectful of our living situation since we were staying in the home while all the work was going on . Hiring a company that set up all the work with the contractors as it needed to be done rather than us trying to hire individuals was a huge part of what we really appreciated. I canâ t say enough about how happy we are , especially with our new kitchen! Itâ s gorgeous!! Thank you all !!!

I worked with Janny at Cape Kitchen & Islands - from my first meeting to designing the new kitchen layout, selecting my cabinet colours and countertop, and interior setup of cupboards / drawers - it was a smooth process. Janny was very attentive to my requests, even changed out my sink design. She had great ideas for the layout exceedingly pleased. Installer Mike was also fabulous easy to work with and came back to fix a drawer. Great communication from beginning to end from Design, to installation date, to delivery and final installation - this company is fantastic to work with and take all the stress out of huge remodelling jobs. My kitchen is now something out of homes and garden! Thank you Janny and all at Cape & Islands Kitchens!

I had gone to Home Depot and left there feeling stressed and confused and utterly overwhelmed. I had 3 different price quotes with a lot of â not includedâ additional charges for everything down to the knobs. I couldnâ t believe when I walked into Cape and Island Kitchen and dealt with Mark DuPont what a different experience it was. It was calm and he was attentive. Answering questions with valid answers and recommendations and reasons behind those recommendations. From picking out my cabinets and the granite, scheduling even through covid delays, down to the installation, I could not be happier with my entire relationship with this business. I would give more stars if I could. And I LOVE my new Kitchen! And dollar for dollar We actually saved money doing this type of package versus the piece mail run around from the Big Box guys. They redesigned our kitchen space to be more efficient, designed beautiful new cabinets, helped us select magnificent granite counters and backsplash - and did a perfect job installing everything. Cape & Island did our kitchen remodel including custom cabinets and beautiful walnut countertops. They were so easy to work with, which was important to us because we live 3000 miles away from the project. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Mark at Cape was an amazing communicator and super helpful at every step. He even found us an emergency piece of marble that we forgot to order for the bathroom and had it delivered to the installers the same day! I can't say enough great things about Cape & Island Kitchens!

Cape and Island Kitchens have very experienced tradesmen under their employment. The sub contractor that does hardwood floor refinishing is not one I would recommend

Our designer, Winn Fernandes, was understanding of our wants and needs and worked within our budget to transform the room into a far better place to be. Mike and Bill were responsive to our requests and the job went as scheduled.

Both Mark (the designer) and John (the installer) were wonderful to work with. Mark couldn't be more helpful and was very responsive and on top of all the little things that I had no idea about; John was very friendly and did a solid job installing the cabinets and the outside-exhaust microwave. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

It was a pleasure to work with Mark on my recent kitchen redesign / renovation. He had many creative and practical ideas to get the most out of my very small kitchen space. The finished result is a very efficient workspace that has plenty of storage for its size. John, the installer, did a beautiful job - everything looks perfect. Its such a pleasure to cook in my new kitchen now!

Mark walked us through the whole process, made some great suggestions that we would have never thought of and never made us feel pressured. We needed a new kitchen cabinet and I looked online to find a local business. I was very impressed with what I found on the website of Cape & Island Kitchens. My mom and I visited the Hyannis showroom and our consultant was Michele Lincoln. Michele is the epitome of what you would like to find in a salesperson. She is extremely personable and has the knowledge and instinct to assist the customer with choices without any sales pressure. Michele knew exactly what we were looking for, allowed us to take home samples of color(s) and texture(s), and, let us decide at our schedule. Upon ordering, Michele called to verify our order and advise us of delivery time. Add to this a warm sense of humor and personality, Michele and her team are honest, trustworthy and absolutely awesome to work with. We will return for future needs and I highly recommend Cape & Island Kitchens without hesitation.

I used Cape And Island Kitchens because they were very professional, and my wife and I developed a comfort level with them which created very good communication. We ran into few hiccups that happen with these types of jobs but it was always corrected and the finished product is amazing. Will definitely contact them again with future work planned. Mark, Bill, and Jason were always ready to help with any of my concerns.
