"Nike and the Cape Cod Fine Finish crew are meticulous in their prep and delivery of their final product. We had the exterior of our home repaired (shingle and trim replacement), sanded, primed and painted. His team arrived every day on time, diligently worked until end of day and completed the work on schedule. Their work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, with great attention to detail. The crew was very polite, cleaned up every day, there were no spills and my plants were well protected. Honestly, their work is the best I have seen to date! Definitely worth the money!"

"My house, porch deck and bulkhead needed painting. I received 6 quotes for the job. Universal was the 3rd lowest or about in the middle. I choose them because they had an excellent proposal that was very through and complete. Also when talking with Andre he gave me confidence that his crew could do a professional job. Because they could not start for almost one month from the date I accepted their proposal, they very very flexible about the deposit. Once they began the job they were very professional. Their prep was painstaking because they put so much into it. They certainly didn't skimp with the preparation. Once they started painting their crew did a meticulous job working very hard. My house, porch and bulkhead look fantastic. Andre was often here to check on the progress of the job and answer any concerns or comments that I had. I'm extremely happy that I chose Universal Painting and Andre da Sliva. I don't know how any of the others who quoted the job could have done a more professional job."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

We are a custom fabricator & installer of all natural stone materials such as granite, marble & soap stone. We also work with Quartz products, SileStone, Cearstone and other engineered stone materials. We do all of own cutting, fabrication & installation. We do not use any outside subcontractors. We do design work for our customers to meet there needs. Examples would be bath showers and fireplaces. We have an onsite granite yard to view and purchase granite slabs. One of our services is to meet customers that want to go to wholesale stone warehouses to assist them in there selection of materials. Along with our normal business hours we gladly have night & weekend appointments for our potential customers. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."
