The trim was rotted and water was getting into the wall causing damage, along with that, we desperately needed to replace our shingles. My husband and I wanted vinyl siding done. When they did the siding, they replaced ply wood in the areas that needed it, and also repaired the foundation, in certain spots. Adam also did the interior of our wall, where that window was. Also she said I only needed a smaller unit then I thought was needed. Her pricing was well within. The range I was expecting. Now unfortunately, we had a medical emergency, and I had to hold off on install. She understood and promptly gave me a refund. Once I am back on my feet she will be called to do the installation.
