Best experience I’ve had so far being a homeowner. TIm D was very knowledgeable didn’t try to force me to do something else that I didn’t want or make sense to do. I’m actually considering doing my central air sooner than later because of the great finance options they have available. Which is why I didn’t complete the C-wire service it only makes sense to do it all at once under one invoice.

Some delays with getting HVAC product that was selected but once product arrived the installation was done promptly. Would hire them again. Very satisfied with the installation.

Took 3 days to complete, as stated. Sam and Paul did an outstanding job! They worked together and got it done. Sam is very knowledgeable and was thorough in explaining the process and was available with any questions that I had. He made the time to explain and walk me through it. Installation completed as promised. Only one minor issue after Installation and the service technician arrived at my house within an hour of my call and promptly fixed the problem.

Adam is the kind of service technician you want in your house. I'm the kind of customer who wants to understand what's going on, why something broke, how I can prevent it, what are the alternatives, etc. He walked me through everything, explaining what he was doing as he was doing it, and stopping periodically to dive deeper into the details as I had questions. My AC needed a charge of coolant, but the air handler in the attic was also in a deteriorated state, with rust buildup and mold present. Adam showed me everything he was seeing and explained its significance. He also explained that our system is using a type of coolant (R-22) that is being phased out and that will become increasingly difficult to find. We got the AC working again for now, but it sounds like we need to replace our system. I will definitely be reaching out to Cotti-Johnson about that, and I hope the installers I get are as meticulous and knowledgeable as Adam!

Gil, Luis, and Don were tremendous when they arrived to install my new AC system. I'm incredibly happy I chose Cotti-Johnson for their expertise and professionalism, from install all the way through clean up.

I can't say enough about the team at Cotti-Johnson. From my scheduling with Mel, to the estimate with Ryan and finally, the install crew of Gil, Luis and Nick. Everyone was so professional, courteous and time-considerate. Gil even took extra time to mop my floor to ensure that they left no trace of working in my home! I would recommend this team in a heartbeat.

These guys, Gil, Luis, Jake and Nick, did a great job with our 2 day installation, they were professional, friendly, answered questions easily, protected the indoor environment (drop cloth, ppe etc), and reassembled and thoroughly cleaned everything afterward. Look forward to contracting with them again for any other large job.

The technician, Robert Duclos, was very informative and walked me through every step of what the issue was. He took pictures of the unit (it's in our attic) and pointed out details that I would not have otherwise been able to see. Mel, from their office, has been excellent at following up via phone and arranging a second meeting with Kyle to go over their maintenance plan and future options to prevent this from happening again. We have used another company out of Warwick for over 20 years but will only use Cotti-Johnson going forward.

My job was relatively small but were one of the few electricians to even respond to my request. He was quick and effective with little mess or fuss. I would gladly work with this company in the future.
