"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"The owner Chris Lane is clearly deranged. When they damaged my tub, he made up a BS story about the tub being from the 1970s and they didn't damage it. The tub was undamaged before they worked on that exact spot, and the tub is actually only 6 years old because the bathroom was remodeled since the home was built in the 1970s. It was in "like new" condition with zero damage. Additionally, when I posted an online review mentioning another employee in the company, his daughter, he sent multiple emails and multiple voicemails to me and my wife to remove her name. This is harassment, and I have ample proof of all these communications. He claimed I was harassing him because I wanted to be compensated for their screw up. Give me a break! This guy is a scumbag, and has obvious anger issues - stay away."

"Richard was excellent. He and his coworker (also named Richard) worked very efficiently and quickly and did everything that they said they would do in the quote that they provided. The pricing was excellent. I got three different quotes and they were the lowest but they were also, I think, the most helpful — they answered questions and asked me questions so that the job was done right. I would definitely work with RP Domings plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber who is true to their word and also does work at a fair price."

"The work was well done. The technician was nice and all the aspects related to work performed were all satisfactory. We have no complaints about that. The only reason we give D is purely because the owner stopped communicating after we had sent a few emails requesting explanation about the bill (which we were told were way over-priced by another expert). We got no response whatsoever. The work was done so we paid. We weren’t asking money back or anything. All we wanted was some explanation of how exactly the charges were made because the service description left on the invoice was very vague. What’s upsetting is ignorance."

"Awful service, don't use them and don't even consider it!! They will charge you for every minute they are there. I was in traffic trying to get to the property and they charged me for the time they were "waiting". Then they charged me for the time, said they fixed the issue, took payment, and the issue came back hours later. Unacceptable for $500!! What a ripoff! "This company is awesomely good. When my relatively new pool heater sprung a leak, I first called the company that I bought it from and that installed it. They told me that it was my fault it was broken, that there was no way it would be covered under the warranty, and that I had to replace the entire heater. That did not sit well with me so at the recommendation of the pool heater manufacturer I called New England Gas Systems. Bruce carefully dismantled the system, investigated the problem, and most importantly identified and explained the root cause of the problem. But that’s not all. They also went to bat for me and convinced the manufacturer to honor the warranty on the part that was broken, which was a huge financial savings for me. They ordered all the right parts, including the parts to fix the root cause, and efficiently put everything together so that the pool heater now looks and is working like brand new. I cannot say enough good things about the expertise, professionalism, and integrity of this company and its owner. They truly lived up to the ideals that you expect from a service provider and as a result have gained a new customer for life."
