"Dear client, We are so sorry to disappoint you with the level of quality of service we delivered that day. 1) Our rate is $65 travel and $110 per hour labor. The first hour is $175. It has not changed in the last 8 years and it is the same for everybody. We told you that we usually address the issue in the first hour and fix it if the fix does not require any part replacement. I will explain why the repair took so long and cost you $450. I was also extremely uncomfortable that you did not want to pay the invoice before we gave you a discount. This repair did not qualify for any discount which I will get into this matter shortly. 2) You called me and made an appointment. I ask you who will be present in the workplace? You said to me. We always want the landlord or tenant to be present for liability issues. The day of the service you texted me and said you are 15 min late. You also said the basement door is open, you can start the repair and don't bother the tenant because he or she is sleeping. We addressed the issue in 45 min and for further investigation, we need to get into the apartment. It has been 45min, you were not there and not answering your phone. My tech was waiting to hear back from you because you told us don't bother the tenant. You finally called me back and said I am traveling and won't be able to make it and my tenant is not answering at the moment. So it was not true you being in there 15min late first place. Which tells me that you were not even in Mass. Your tenant opened the door 1.5 hours later. My tech is stored in your basement and my entire day is crashed. Simply you were not being honest about being present in the work site and not even organized your tenant. After the repair is completed and time for the payment, you start talking about having so many properties, if we give you a discount, you will keep calling us. I will give you a discount but I will not service you again because of today's irresponsible behavior. Leaving my tech in someone's basement for hours is not acceptable."
"Thank you miss [Member Name Removed], It was great working for you. Regards"
"Dear client, You ask for zone control replacement and mentioned that you were really confident that was the problem. We visited your house for A/C maintenance and did an assessment for your zone control. We recommended the replacement of zone control and zone dampers, but you were so confident that it wasn't a damper problem. You asked to change only the zone control. We gave you an estimate and you approved it. We are professional and work with local part distribution center. Amazon is not our partner. Usually end users use Amazon. However you except our price before we place an order. We changed the zone control and wired 2 zone only, because that was the way of the existing setup. We used 3 zone control because it was the same cost of 2 zone, which also gave you the opportunities for future project. As a result, we wanted to changed your damper and you did not want to do it, after a while it stopped working efficiently and you wrote us a bad review."
