Great, we like our washer and it came when promised.

Got great price, good communication on phone, delivery within a few days.

We've purchased other products from Beach Sales in the past and have basically been satisfied with their service. Not so this time. The installers failed to leave an instruction manual, and we were unable to figure out how the (important) Rinse Aid feature worked. The Beach Sales rep, on the phone, soon lost patience with our questions and abruptly told us to "Call Maytag!" When we did this, Maytag was able to address our issue rather easily and to e-mail the missing instruction manual. When I e-mailed the Beach Sales rep to ask that he send a print copy, I advised him that the earlier confusion had stemmed from the Beach installers' omission of the manual. I also pointed out to him that, lacking the manual or a very specific set of verbal instructions (which he'd been unable to provide), there was no way we could have known the answers to the questions he'd acted so aggravated about our asking. We received a terse reply, stating that he'd mail us the manual as requested. No apology for his unwarranted impatience. Beach Sales seems to think it's OK to direct anger toward customers when there is understandable confusion about a product it has sold them.

They did a fine job! They are currently storing the appliances and waiting to deliver them once the house is ready! I would recommend their services.

We needed a microwave to replace the one that had suddenly broken in the condo we owned and were visiting. Since were leaving in a couple of days, we needed everything done quickly. Called Beach Sales (a place we'd never heard of or visited) and received helpful service and advice over the phone. Made the purchase of the microwave sight unseen based on the owner's recommendation. He arranged for delivery and installation by an electrician they contract with. It all went very smoothly. The microwave was installed as promised two days later. The service person came on time, did all work as expected, and removed the old microwave.

It went well. The provider called prior to delivery to let me know that the product I ordered could not be delivered on time but they had another product in stock that could be. I elected to go with the other product. They do charge extra for delivery and removal of the old appliance. They also take a $75 deposit in case their drivers get a parking ticket in Boston. I never heard of that before but they didn't get a ticket so I received my deposit back.

Overall, a good experience. Reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff. Most impressive service piece was that a year later when our dishwasher had a small plastic piece break - they still knew our names and offered to get a replacement. Service is their signature - you can get appliances anywhere.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish with only a few minor items. The salesman was very attentive and provided us with multiple options. He was willing to lower the prices when he could and he found multiple mail-in rebates as well. The delivery men were excellent. They removed our old appliances with ease making sure not to bang into door frames and such. All the new appliances were brought in and set up (with the exception of the dishwasher that requires a licensed plumber).
My only complaint would be the communication of the delivery. Beach Sales was unable to give us a delivery window until 2:30 pm the day before the delivery. This made it very difficult to schedule the plumber to connect the dishwasher.

This was the second window-AC unit that I purchased from Beach for the current summer season, so a total of two units within a period of just a few months. I was also a customer in the past, and apparently am in their database, as I receive their mailings. I made the AC-unit purchase by phone both times. Sales reps were helpful, patient, and polite during sales process. However, I had to make a follow-up phone call about the second unit, as it had arrived with a bent "fin" in the housing (which occurred prior to its being transported to my house), plus it was much louder than I had hoped. My query had to do with Beach's return policy (though I'd not yet decided whether or not to keep the unit), and with whether I could get a price adjustment due to the bent fin. The phone rep was rude and uninformed about the policy for either of my issues; she was quick to advise me there'd be a "restocking fee, however. For further information, she said, I'd have to speak with the manager, who, she added, would call me in awhile and let me know. I never heard from him. The following day, the sales rep, Howie, who had been off the prior day, was able to address my issues; he is exempt from my criticism, as he was unfailingly respectful; Beach is lucky to have him. I might buy further appliances from Beach just because it has a decent selection and good prices. However, I believe that Beach is ill represented by some of its employees, as described above. At this point my feelings about the company are very mixed and tending toward the negative end of the spectrum.

My experience with Beach Sales was terrific. Their prices and customer service are excellent.

Kelie was great. I had done quite a bit of comparison shopping and when I spoke with Kelie she quite busy and asked that I email her the model numbers I was interested in. She called me back the next day with the quote (which was less than every other place I looked at) and I was able to order over the phone. My kitchen remodel won't be done until September and it was no problem delaying delivery until then. She also made me aware that if I delayed delivery beyond a certain date then the rebates would no longer be valid. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Met with a sales person named Bob. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and excellent customer service.He helped us choose our needed appliances and ordered them. We purchased a electric stove which was hard to get directly from the manufacturer, Bosch dishwasher, and lg washer dryer combo which was not available through other appliance centers. Items were delivered and old appliances were taken away. Delivery is very affordable, only $19.95. Overall stayed with Bob for about 1 1/2 hrs. He was very pleasant to work with. We will definitely do business with Beach Sales again.

I find the service and pricing to be most outstanding at this facility to be honest. They sell quality stuff that holds up well and they are good in terms of their customer service department, I would have to say. They are my place of choice to buy appliances from.

Awesome. I love Beach Sales. I've bought several major appliances from them and I've always been very impressed. In this case, I decided on the appliance I wanted to buy. I comparision shopped online retailers, several big box retailers (including Sears, Best Buy, Home Depot and Lowes). The basic price from Beach Sales was $200 less than anyone else. Other retailers wanted to charge $100+ for delivery and removal of the old washer. Beach Sales had a $12.50 delivery charge less than the cost of a taxi from their store to my house. And they took away my washer for free. I saved at least $300 by buying from Beach Sales. And I got great service, got to support a local family owned business and got exactly the product I wanted at a great price. I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction.
