Prompt response and service. Did a great job assessing problem and then fixing my dryer. Left area clean. Would use again.

John was the only person who would actually repair the ice maker. This saved me money. Others simply wanted to replace -not repair- the unit with some quotes over $1,000 more than I paid him.

He was timely in responding to our request, kept us informed of his arrival time and showed up as scheduled, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, and came back on a Saturday evening to install the part. He worked efficiently and left our home spotless. I would definitely call on him again.

John diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher over the phone. He then told me how to fix it, which I was able to do quite quickly. He saved us the cost of a service call, made nothing on this himself, and showed himself to be a knowledgeable and honest person. He’ll get our first call next time we need appliance repair!

He evaluated a number of possibilities and determined that we need a new power control module. He will get back to us with that pricing and we will decide whether to repair or replace.

One burner on the stove was not functional and we were at the point of giving up and thinking of replacing the stove. Thanks to John I have a functioning burner now!

With a phone call, John diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered the necessary part, and came to our house on the weekend to do the job. Once at the house, he carefully inspected the dishwasher and found a second potential cause of the problem (a hose installed incorrectly). He quickly deduced that the hose was not causing the problem, as so installed the part he had brought... and it worked! But then he stayed an extra 20 minutes to insure that the dishwasher worked and didn't have other problems... Convinced everything was now fine, he was off. I certainly think he did a great job, and took pains to be sure the work was successful. I highly recommend John!

John called back like his voicemail message states. He said he would call an hour before he came on a certain date. He came about an hour or so later than what he said he would. He checked out the dryer, testing different elements of it and then identified the problem. Fixed it, tested it again and it was heating again. It's running better than it ever has in the 7+ years we've had the dryer. He was polite, happy to explain what he thought was the problem, explained how he figured the problem out and then how he fixed it. He cleaned up after himself and you wouldn't have known he had been there. He was at our house for about 2.5 hours total and we paid him $120 for fixing our dryer. I think it was a good price for getting our dryer fixed, which will hopefully last several more years.

It went flawlessly. Mr Brennan already had the spare part when he came and installed it quickly. The oven is like new and I am glad we spared ourselves the trouble and cost of buying a new oven. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called couple of other service providers and they did not want to do the work. Then I messaged John from Angies list. He called to set up an appointment. He was busy and I insisted that I did not want to wait three days. He said he could come on Sunday afternoon. I said fine. He called prior to coming then he came and took a look at the dishwasher. He said the drain pump needed to be cleaned and may need to be replaced. I insisted that he try to clean it and not wait to get the pump, in case it was needed. He reluctantly agreed letting me know this would be little more expensive. He removed the pump and found that it was clean. So I needed a new pump. He closed the dishwasher and cleaned up. I ordered the pump online and did not wait for him to get it. I got it on Tuesday. I called him and he came on Thursday and fixed it. He cleaned up very well. He was very careful not to damage the floor. Excellent job. He ended up spending close to four hours.

EXCELLENT! We have used the services of this company for 25 years. He has kept our ancient dryer running perfectly. He just thoroughly analyzed our washing machine's BIG problem and made a diagnosis, recommendations, and answered all our questions at minimal rate. Always prompt, courteous, careful, and thoughtful..... Accurate Appliance is our #1 for all our appliances.

He is thorough and clever in solving tricky appliance problems, and he has kept many of our appliances working for years. Our drier, which he recently fixed, is 35 years old. If you want to get a good job done and are environmentally conscious, and don't like to throw appliances away unnecessarily, you should give John a call. His prices are very fair and he is a really nice guy to have working in your home. I highly recommend John.

He was great on the phone and squeezed us in earlier than he initially had said. However he estimated he would arrive around 6pm however did not arrive until 8:45. He did a thorough inspection and identified the problem. He said he would give me a call back the following evening, but he never called back with an estimate. After 4 days of waiting, we contacted another company.

John was extraordinary! He came over and repaired our oven and inspected the burners. He gave advice on the ones that didn't need parts replaced and fixed the ones that did. My husband calls him the appliance whisperer. Our oven has been working beautifully ever since!

All good- he ordered parts for out Bosch Dryer this time and got it fixed. Last time he fixed an old Maytag and got that back working. He's repaired out high end dish washers multiple times.

Accurate Appliance is the BEST! John, the owner, does the evaluation, tells me what needs to be done, and, once, even told me that the repair was not worthwhile since a replacement clothes washer was more economical. Then he does the repair. And then, after the repair is complete, he checks out the rest of the machine to make sure there is nothing wrong, then allows the machine to operate to make sure the repair is good. I gave him a "good" rating on Punctuality; but, in essence, that really reflects well on Accurate Appliance's commitment to working on a repair until it is done well. If John is a bit late, it only means that he was working **** ** a prior client. He has done that for me so I appreciate it that he will take the time to make sure his work is excellently done. Accurate Appliance is so good that my tenant uses him for his property management business, too. Accurate Appliance is exceptionally excellent!
