I had 2 medium sized pictures, 1 very large picture (3&1/2’ by 4’) went along smoothly and when they needed adjusting Tom and Andres took their time, making little more adjustments till I was completely satisfied. The last piece was a heavy mirror, weighing 150lbs, with the dimensions of 4’ by 4’. Tom looked carefully at the mirror and told me that the mirror was originally made for a bureau which is how the mirror was supposed to be attached to. He then told me that he would figure something out but because the mirror had fallen once before, miraculously not breaking, I was relieved and told Tom that I would replace it.
