Excellent workmanship, and takes pride in his work. He cleans up at the end of the day, checks in before he leaves, and always has great ideas and suggestion. "Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."

It’s a complex piece of furniture that took about 4.5 hours of meticulous work, and he handled it with total professionalism. Throughout the entire time, he was respectful of my space and kept everything organized. Once the assembly was complete, he cleaned up the work area perfectly.
