Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!! "Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."
