Richard Connolly of iCornerstone was everything a homeowner could hope for in a contractor and artisan:  a perfectionist who had a keen sense of deadlines and clients' needs.  He transformed very ugly spaces into a beautiful family TV room and lovely full bath with his own designs that included wainscoting,moldings, built-in shelves, and custom lighting and radiator cover.  The workers we hired through his system (electrician, drywall, sheetrock, carpenters, plumber, plasterers, painters, and flooring professionals) were top notch and the low bid in each case. There were no mistakes. The job came in on time and on budget.  We endorse Richard Connolly and iCornerstone wholeheartedly.

The existing room had odd measurements that dated back to 1931, but Richard was on top of that and any potential problems.  Everything fit like a glove when the work was done.

After living with the house for quite some time, we finally decided to move the bathroom, incorporate our mudroom as indoor space, and open up our floor plan. Scott drew up great plans, created a manageable budget, and helped us to visualize the space from the start. Scott has a small team with a much wider network of subcontractors that want to work with him, because he pays them well and manages everything precisely. "Excellent! We hired Sanfer and his team after meeting with him a few times and checking references. We really liked his can-do attitude and flexibility. He was easy to talk to and had some design ideas that we chose over the architects. He is a strong builder, meaning he doesnt skimp on making it well made. That was important to me. He has a really great finish carpenter too. Shout out to Edgard! Our remodel was a 4 room, bathroom, 2 floor addition (now a walk out basement/first floor) to accommodate an inlaw apt on the ground floor and office and living room on the first. We also had a small elevator added between the two floors. The pricing was right down the middle compared to others. The elevator installers remarked that the hoistway was the best built they had worked with, which was important since it needed to be within a quarter inch of plumb at any point. We used Sanfer for other smaller add ons and would hire them again for a large or smaller job."

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too.
