We had substantial water damage from water leakage through skylights and I was concerned about damage to the wood under the skylights, trying to figure out what had happened and what needed to be done.  Matt communicated easily by e-mail, was very prompt in responding, and provided a photograph of the improper installation done by the builder.  He provided a contract with options of what could be done promptly.  The only ding is that he didn't comment on missing shingles on the roof "

"As the general contractors, this was a large project for us, and Richard (iCornerstone owner) provided guidance throughout the whole project. He worked with us to design the conversion of the old garage and erect the new garage, put the specification/building plans together, provided guidance on the building permit process, and acted as the project coordinator. His detailed project plans were especially helpful, and he posted to DropBox all project documentation, including 153 pictures that show every phase of the work. Richard referred structural and civil engineers to provide us structural and compression information on the project. This was important because we brought in fill where the new garage is sitting, and the solution he suggested saved over $10,000. He also referred a construction team for the building work (excavating, foundation, electric, plumbing, and carpentry, etc.), and we hired them directly. As homeowners, we had had no previous experience or direction for the project, but, with Richard’s help and guidance, we are near completion. As with any plan, there were changes along the way that were communicated, and adjustments were made in a professional manner. The project came in on time and under budget, and all the subcontractors we hired were first rate. We are completely satisfied with the end results."

"Three terms you don't hear when speaking about contractors : Honesty, timely and effecient and pride of Workmanship. If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. This contractor is the real deal. If you have a problem give him a call today. He will make your life easier and resolve your problems quickly. For the job done right call Liam Neary."

"At the time we bought our house, we knew we’d need a down-to-the-studs renovation on our kitchen and first floor bathroom. After living with the house for quite some time, we finally decided to move the bathroom, incorporate our mudroom as indoor space, and open up our floor plan. His team created a temporary kitchen in our living room and went to work while allowing us to keep up with our jobs and manage our small child. Scott has a small team with a much wider network of subcontractors that want to work with him, because he pays them well and manages everything precisely. "Other builders came in with estimates that cost less than US ProPaint and Renovation. In spite of this we chose US ProPaint and Renovation because JR explained all the work that would be done to demolish our wooden deck and replace it with trex decking. The other builders who gave us estimates did not spend as much time, or explain what they would do to complete the work we wanted.; and their estimates were lower in cost, but not a whole lot less. Once we committed to have US ProPaint and Renovation work for us, the work began very quickly. JR told us the work would commence in 2 weeks. They actually started earlier than that. 3 men worked long hours, typically 8:30 am to 7 pm each day in some pretty warm and humid weather. They were courteous and kept me informed on what they were going to accomplish on any given day. We were completely satisfied with the work and how the deck ended up. We will hire them again for other projects."
