Braintree Garage Door came by and fixed a sensor issue without asking for any payment because it was a simple issue with the wires. They were super nice and generous.

Our garage door motor fell from the ceiling of the garage, blocking access and disconnected the power. Guys from Braintree Garage Door figured out how to gain access, re-install the motor with a strong bracket to prevent future problems, lubricated wheels on the track, and ensured all mechanisms worked fine. Our door system is old but still serviceable, said the Pro!

I left a text message on their website, Pat, one of the owners contacted me the next day. We made arrangements for an appointment for Saturday. They had a cancellation on Friday, and were able to come a day earlier. Pat removed and replaced the opener in less than 2 hours. He did a nice job cleaning up after he finished. New opener works great. I highly recommend these guys.

Our old garage door openers stopped working after a storm several years ago and we were ready for them to either be repaired or replaced. Braintree Garage Doors responded to our home on the same day I called. Their serviceman, Dave, was very polite and thorough, in his FREE diagnostic check. He did not just simply tell me they werenâ t salvageable, but explained why they were probably fried in the storm, and what could be done to most likely prevent it from happening again. He emailed me an estimate to replace the two units, while still at our home. Having had another company out earlier that was not nearly as thorough or responsive (and had a much higher estimate), I contacted Braintree the next morning to do the job. Dave was sent out the same day to complete the work. He was again very polite and thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. All of the old parts were cleaned up and removed from the property upon completion. He took time to show me how everything worked, and was very patient in answering every question I had. It should also be noted that the owner, who I spoke with by phone, was also very personable. In addition, they also applied a military discount to my bill, which this vet greatly appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I was very desperate to have my garage fixed because of the coming snow tonight but they made me at peace on how they dealt with this elderly Asian woman. Janice (office) provided me with an overview of what to expect and gave me an approximate time for the tech's arrival. She kept in touch prior to and after the job was finished. He arrived and explained to me what was causing my door to pause. Findings, I needed a new opener which he installed on the same day. I did receive an offer prior to this company and you would not believe how much I was told that it would cause me to sight unseen. I am thankful that I went with this service company. Came out the same day to provide an estimate. Decided to go with them right away and the job was done in just a couple hours or so. He took the time to go thru how it works how to adjust and maintain it and how to use/set the keypad entry. I’d definitely recommend.

Scheduled for 8:00 am. Called and said can’t be there until 9:30. Great full he called. Problem took less than three minutes to solve. Charged $49.00. Maybe minimum, but $49.00 for 3 minutes?? Little pricey, but problem solved. It’s what you know.
