Good workmanship but BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!. Price is also high! It's bad news when customer has to pay 3% credit card fee! (I negotiated this off) $399 for a pair of springs! Ouch! $210 for bottom rubber replacement! $99 initial fee is ADDED to the final bill! NOT WAIVED!! You have to tell your customers VERY CLEARLY that the $99 is not waived if you decide to have the service but ADDED to the final bill!! I will take this communication deviancy to the BBB with a written complaint! I can see in other comments that I am NOT the only one who fell for this!! Was a return customer but not happy with being charged TWO $99 initial fee for my condo and home when they’re like 2 miles apart and was a continuous project on same day! I therefore CANCELED the next garage door motor replacement project because I know that other vendors treat returning customers better. Remember, customers who PAY you have choices!!

The technician arrived inside a 15 minute window, troubleshot the issue quickly, and provided several options. Felt like he wasn't selling me on anything, just giving me a range of solutions. Decided to replace the unit and he installed it quickly ... even hooked up all the old remotes so I didn't need to get new ones. Price may or may not have been good; didn't research it, but I was happy enough with the service I'm not worried about it.

It was easy to schedule a prompt appointment. The technician showed up on time, he was easy to talk to, and he respected the social distancing protocol. He explained what maintenance needed to be done and showed me the damage to support his claim. He was clear about the cost. He did the work well and our garage door has been moving smoothly and quietly ever since. The payment process was streamlined. Overall, we are very happy with the work and the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Dave did a great job replacing the old motor on my garage door and installing a high lift kit. He arrived on time for the appointment and made sure to explain the steps. Once it was done he showed me all the features and how to use it. The new opener is great, it is WiFi enabled and you can open with an app and even get real time notifications when the door is opened or closed if you want. It also has a motion sensor light, that goes on automatically if you enter the garage at night from the house. I would definitely recommend them for garage door service. It’s nice to know they are there to help so I don’t have to worry about it.

Seamless. The sales rep came to the house (on-time) with plenty of samples, explained all of our options and pricing. The installer came when scheduled and completed within their expected completion time. When one of the openers had shorted, they immediately came back and remedied the problem at no charge.

We were unable to use our garage since last Friday. Every time the opener was pressed the door would bounce up and down several inches. Due to a miscommunication between my husband and me a call for service wasn't placed until Monday morning. I left a message and the phone was still in my hand when I received a return call. Can't beat that! However I was disappointed to learn that although Overhead Garage states in its ad that a call before noon guarantees same day service it fails to mention there is an additional fee. That is why I only rated responsiveness a "B".
The technicians, Dennis and Ricky, arrived on time and were very professional in their work, demeanor and appearance. The motor needed replacing and not having a new motor on the truck did not drag this out. They made a call, picked up what they needed and, voila, the problem was solved!
I did mention that I was annoyed with the ad about same day service. They took the iniative to assure me that they would bring up the issue at the regular weekly staff meetings they have. Knowing the company has these meetings is another feather in their professional cap!
Would I use them again and recommend the Company? Absolutely!

As I mentioned above, our old unit stopped working on Friday night heading into the holidays. I called about 8 places between Friday night and Saturday morning. David was the only call where I spoke with a live person and he committed to come do the work on Christmas Eve morning. We discussed options and he explained things well. Didn't push us into any decision. He made his recommendations when he saw what we have and then did the work and left us with a much better set up that will hopefully last us a few years. Overall it was a great experience.

They were fantastic. I very much liked them. The owner’s name is David Plousse. They came when they said they were going to come and they stuck with their price. The quality of their doors and the opening mechanisms were really nice. I did look at other companies and they’re just better made. I would certainly recommend them. They were very competitive with other companies. The other companies were going to charge me about the same, but the quality of their doors and the mechanisms were much better in my opinion. I will absolutely use them again in the future if I need to.
