"Over charged my father for a backwater valve repair gave him an invoice with no specific breakdown on the job that was done. Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

"He was here to fix the clogged toilet and flushed the toilet since some of the water had receded. Then he walked away while it was flushing to go back out to his truck. While the toilet was unattended the toilet overflowed and the water went out of the toilet and into the walls and down into the basement. He apologized and gave a discount but I wouldn't use them again."
