Fantastic and timely service from good people. Pricing was reasonable, which was not true for many of the other quotes I received. If requiring professional help with plumbing can ever be a good-thing, it will be with these guys.

Excellent service. Came out right away to replace the water heater. Went well above my expectations as they replaced pipes that were rusted and did a great some explaining what they did.

Arrived on time and performed the hot water heater installation quickly.

Next day service, started before business hours, worked efficiently. Showed up with a waterheater that wouldn't fit in my narrow boiler room, but had not problem running out to get a more suitable size. took the time to makesure I knew my way around the new waterheater and answered any questions I had when done.

They quoted $475.00 to fix a clogged kitchen sink and replace faucets. I thought this was high, but I was desperate to get the work done and my regular Plummer was out of town. Pete was prompt and professional. After 2 and 1/2 hours, we found out that the problem was in the "guts" of the faucets. He spike with the faucet company for 5-10 minutes and I must wait for parts. So, Pete could not finish the job. I was charged $300.00 for the work he did since he said he had spoken with that company, plus the work. He will charge $200 to come back, plus the remaining $175.00. I will wait for my guy.

I was quoted a rate over the phone. He arrived when he said he would. He did the work, fast and quietly. He even moved the two dryers that he disconnected from the middle of the floor up against the wall for me. when he finished what he quoted was what I paid him.

They came on time and took the time to analize the problem. Unfortunately the solution will require shutting off water in the building for several hours, so I must get permission and warn the other tenants. So right now the fix is temporary, but they only charged a nominal fee and gave an estimate on the proposed solution. If everything goes well they'll deserve the remaining 1/2 point.

The rate was quoted clearly and honestly and is very reasonable. Technician arrived on time, very friendly, professional with accurate analysis/diagnosis of the issue and provided the right solution. Very tech savvy, using iPhone flash for under sink light and text msg'd picture of the problematic pipe to me for record. I would recommend them to anyone who looks for quality service and reasonable price.

Greater Boston Plumbing guy was very good about explaining the details to me. Found him easy to communicate with and professional.

Charged me $475 for fixing the water heater which only the Pilot Light wouldn't stay lit. The part was only $50 and they said they had to drive around and went to a local vendor far away from my home to get the part. Not sure if the part was difficult to find or not but my water heater is just one of those common ones. Well, I guess that's the price I have to pay when something is urgent like this. If I had a choice and time to wait, I would have shopped around and compared prices first. But, since it was urgent, I just went with whoever contacted me first.

Excellent, professional, courteous, and timely. Greater Boston Plumbing and Heating came to my home on a holiday to replace my water heater after it flooded my basement. Based on the emergency nature of the situation, the rate was also reasonable. I will use them again.
