"I had them for years, but when I asked for further service for an unresolved problem, for the first time ever, I was told they could do no more for me and to get a new company. I liked the company but did not like the revolving door of servicemen. Some were fabulous and some were just OK. Another person called a couple of months later to schedule a routine service check. I was flummoxed and told them that I had hired another service since someone there "fired" me a couple of months before. Despite wanting to work with D&T, I had already hired (and paid) another company. The other company, A J Williamson Pest Control, is working out very well. I like the fact that there is continuity with the person who comes to the house. He knows the property and does not have to ask where to begin."

"I've had Rutland for a couple of years at this point and signed on to their anual service. I have had Absolutely zero ant sitings since they came the first time. They also managed exterior and interior rotent activity very well. When a hornet's nest appeared in a tree by the deck they promptly and expertly removed this at no extra cost above the anual service. The crew is always prompt and professional, and their work is guaranteed, althgouh I have never needed to call them back for an issue outside of the hornet's nest."

"Dave was excellent. He was professional, honest and thorough. I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.  
Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. He found no evidence of squirrels or bats or anything else (other than a few mice that I can take care of).
He screened off my two gable vents and recommended securing a couple of other entry prone areas which I can do.

"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control.
