The technician who came to my home was an awesome gentleman! He explained everything to me, and went right to work. I am so pleased, and would definitely hire them again if the need arises. The wasps are gone, and I am so happy!

Rats were "building a home" in my garage! Gross! In March 2023 I found huge piles of small stones on the floor of the inside of my garage, at the wall that abuts my patio. I had never seen this before and I couldn't imagine what it was. I use WPC Services for ALL of my bug and pest issues, so I texted Jim right away and sent pictures. He responded to my text immediately and said it was rats...I freaked out! A technician was at my house early the next morning. He blocked holes and set up traps and took away all of the stones. I haven't seen any signs of any rodents whatsoever! (I had seen mice before and whatever the technician did took care of that problem too.) The technician was friendly and professional and did a GREAT job! I highly recommend WPC Services! I am so happy with their service!

If you want things to be done! Call them ASAP!!! They will take care the problems for you !

WPC treated a serious flea infestation in our condo in Ashland. We live in Florida, however, so communication was likely to be tricky. The company was slow to inform us of their progress and of the outcome, but the premises are now free of fleas at a reasonable cost..

Mike D. came out to investigate what I assumed was a squirrel infestation in my attic crawl space. After investigating the outside and inside of my home and finding no evidence of squirrels or other rodents, it was assumed what I heard was on my roof and possibly under the solar panels. Mike went far above and beyond my expectations by noticing and fixing an unrelated home repair. Should I have any other issues, Iâ ll be sure to contact WPC!

They were punctual and were very insightful. Letting me know what they were doing and giving me advice on what not to have in certain places in the house. Over all the service was great.

Jim came to check out my wasp issue right away, unable to find the nest because they had already hibernated due to it getting cold again. He was very helpful and checked the outside, attic, garage and all possible locations. Will have to wait until spring to get the nest. I have not been charged. It was a brief but thorough visit and in the spring or if I see more wasps I will call them to deal with the issue permanently because of how they handled this initial visit.

He gave us good advice. He wasn't out for our money, but to be helpful. We plan to have him out in the spring.

We live next to conservation wet lands and the mosquito problem is ridiculous. From dusk to dawn we cannot use our back yard. WPC came out and sprayed our yard with organic ingredients for mosquitoes and ticks a week before we had an outdoor birthday party. The problem was solved! No Mosquitoes at all. The party went on without bugs well into the night outside and another week has gone by and no bugs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive and the price was very reasonable. We are setting them up on a monthly treatment throughout the summer.
