Bob showed up on time to replace a total of 8 shutters, fix 3 pieces of a pipe in a garage that had broken due to freezing, fixed the drywall damaged from pipe water and fixed a corner of my house where exterior molding cracked. The shutters required some extra time due my old ones not in alignment with the new ones I purchased. He worked diligently the entire time, explained what he was doing and sought input along the way. Pleasant to work with and easy going. Cleaned up after each job (a plus), took away any old materials or garbage. He charges by the hour versus the job, which I totally get as each job a little different, but he is very mindful of the time and work and keeps moving along - he is not on the phone, not smoking in some truck, or out driving around, but working full time onsite. Overall a very positive experience and I would use him again. Note: Price below is mostly for labor and some supplies (I supplied the shutters)."
