"Beantown was great to work with. They are responsive, polite, organized, neat, and they do great work. After dropping off the dumpster, they replaced the roof on my Dutch Colonial house in one day. After the roof was finished two other teams came in to replace all of the siding and rebuild the front portico and side deck and also add a deck extension. "United Home was excellent.  They are very professional and really know what to do.  Our roof had been done by a builder iin 2007 and we had leaks and mold issue.  United stripped the roof, took off all plywood with mold and put new roof on.  They were very quick and were wonderful.  In my opinion there is no one better.  Their knowledge about all products, be it roofing, or siding or windows, etc. is exceptional. "

"We shopped around for quite a few quotes in the Central Mass area for our roof replacement and were happy to go with Golden Group. The prices were very competitive and much more reasonable than other companies. They didn't try to nickle and dime us and also respected our time when giving us a quote, unlike some larger, national companies we received quotes from. They set up and completed the entire job in a whole day (about 12 hours- we had 3 layers of roof on our house). Freddy checked in on the job site intermittently throughout the day and he and his crew were very professional. This was a few weeks ago and we have not found any scraps or nails left behind. "The experience was very stressful. The siding crew was very rough on our 1774 home. They damaged portions of the trim, a window, and the metal roof. I had to constantly monitor the crew to make sure they minimized damage and completed the work correctly. It was difficult communicating with the Spanish-speaking crew. Materials are in my yard that still have not been picked up 2 weeks later. The finished siding looks good, but that is the best complement I can make. I had doors replaced by Power on a previous job and was very satisfied. I would be cautious recommending Power for siding replacement on a similar old house."

"We had Patriot replace our roof; replace all the siding, trim, gutters and downspouts; replace all the windows in the house; and rebuild the front porch. This was a huge project and Patriot did an excellent job, even in the face of COVID-related shortages. Jim and Paulo were great to work with, they worked so hard to make sure we were satisfied with all the work. The crew who did our siding and porch - the guys who were here day in and day out during the project - were such hard-working and detail-oriented guys. "I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Door & Window! All the windows in my house had lead paint that was chipping on the exterior window sills. I am pregnant and was afraid that even the slightest breeze would blow all the lead dust into the house and harm myself or my child, when born. 
I called about 20 window guys, siding guys, contractors, etc.  to see if anyone would aluminum coil wrap the window sills so the lead wasn't exposed. A bunch of the companies came over and told me that it was too much work, it wasn't worth it, or they just didn't do that type of job. When I reached out to Precision Door & Window they were willing to come over that week. The workers said they had never done this type of job before, but were willing to do a sample to see if it was what I wanted. It was spot on! 
The workers actually thought they were doing something else with the windows before they arrived (probably because I did not explain it well), but were very flexible in listening to what I wanted. I really appreciate their willingness to take on a job they had never done and they did it well! My window sills look brand new! The whole job took less than the quoted time and was at a very competitive price ($100/window).

I am a retired senior citizen who was out of town when a major windstorm uprooted a tree that landed on my house, putting a hole in the roof, along with tearing down all of the siding, and destroying the Soffitt, Fascia, gutters and downspouts. Ray Thibault has multiple decades of home construction with an emphasis on roof engineering - and if given the opportunity, will regale you for several minutes of entertaining conversation related to the trade. He does care about our homes and values the trust needed for such a project. The communications Ray provided were timely, accurate, and necessary. His estimates on price and time were spot-on. Photos of the work were provided throughout and Ray made sure I understood all the elements of the roof replacement."
