"Cold air was leaking in under the doors of our 19th century front door threshold. Mr. Phalan devised a way to seal the leaky areas without marring the solid wood doors. He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

"This was a basement insulation and door hanging project. Jim showed up on timeâ for both the estimate and the actual work. He was courteous and helpful; and when the project changed slightly, he was able to adjust to meet the unanticipated differences. "Mike kept us updated along the way and overall had a great experience. Our 2 screen door locks hardware In the door frame was so outdated they wouldnâ t latch onto the new screen doors.
