Here is a quick rundown of their excellent work: - Douglass showed up on time and sent me the estimate the next day. - He amended the estimate per our discussions and immediately sent a new quote. - They showed up on time and in positive spirits. - They power-washed and covered all items appropriately. - They prepped and removed items I could not remove and replaced them afterward. - We ran into a big hiccup with extensive rot in the corner of my house. They explained each step of the process so that I was always “in the loop,” made some good suggestions that saved me money, and even through in some “extras” for free that made the finished job nicer. The also coordinated everything with my electrician and garage door installer so that everyone was “singing from the same sheet of music,” which is vital when multiple trades are involved in a project.
