"I am a long time customer who pays Rodenheiser a monthly fee which covers annual maintenance and some priority in the event of any necessary repair required. I had an a/c compressor failure. I had to wait 3 weeks to have a technician visit and tell me that the unit’s motor was dead and the compressor needed replacement. Then, after ordering a new compressor, which was available within 3-4 days I was scheduled for an installation 3+ weeks later. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days. Apparently being a long time customer and paying a monthly fee for better service means absolutely nothing. The installation went well. Not sure about future relationship."

One worked on the garage wiring while the other electrician hung the light  and fan - after removing the previous one that no longer worked.  Picked  up & swept when done.  Removed & disposed of all packaging material as well as the old fixtures.  Very pleasant and professional in their demeanor.

In every step of the project, Jane would suggest fixtures, tiles, colors etc. and I would agree with her suggestions and I am very happy with the results. Each of her teams that did a part of the project were very polite and professional while doing terrific work.  My new bathroom is beautiful.

"The guy was really friendly, I had 2 light fixtures that were broken, he fixed one and pointed out that the other one actually just had the wrong type of bulb installed. While he was there I had him look at an electrical panel I was considering having fixed. I decided not to have this addressed at this time but he was really good at explaining everything and talking me through things."
