As one of the requested lines involved a plenum in the garage that was plastered over only 1 of 2 network lines were installed. Instead of the flat rate 1/2 rate we got time and materials saving about 300.

They were the only company to respond quickly get me a quote. All the other companies listed near me on angies list were heavily booked or gave me a quote site unseen that I felt was extremely high. Scott came in and inspected the site before hand and gave me a fairly priced quote. We scheduled a date that had to be moved a few times because of weather. That isn't their fault as the install was outside. Eventually we got a good day and Scott came with another tech and got it all wired up and tested quickly. It is working perfectly and I haven't had any issues what so ever.

I called and left a message describing the work I needed done. Someone called me back the next day and left a message on my phone saying they would send someone out to my house. I called back again and left another message. I called again a couple of days later and left another message. No one has returned my calls and it has been a week.

Contacted S&S via Angies List to get a quote on some electrical work. Scott and his team were very responsive and helpful. It turns out that I did not use S&S for this work at this time, but I wanted to comment favorably on their customer service. Would consider them for future work and recommend others consider them.

John and Ryan came on time to check the electrical connection on our Jenn-Air cooktop. They checked the main box and the electrical box by the cooktop. They diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the connections with the correct kind of wire connectors. While here they also updated an electrical switch. They did all of this within the original estimate S&S provided over the phone. Thanks!

We called S & S Electric and they sent Scott and Nick, who arrived promptly. They had to order a new box for the generator to be connected and a new circuit breaker box, as well as a new meter. They changed everything from the outside into the house and got us set up for the night. The next day, John and Nick came to finish the job. All three gentlemen were very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to call them for any future electrical work.

Excellent. Two men came, They were very professional and pleasant. They found the problem, which was one of the outlets in a bedroom wall. They checked and fixed all the affected outlets. and they replaced the outside outlet which was always causing problems when we used it.
